Being eligible for an annulment is not based on how long you have been married for. For a marriage to be declared invalid and annulled you need to meet one of the following legal reasons:
- Incest
- Bigamy
- Under the age of 18
- Prior existing marriage or domestic partnership
- Unsound mind
- Fraud
- Force
- Physical incapacity
